ARTICLE DESCRIPTION: This article addresses the notion that RFID Radio Frequency Identification Devices – which will be used to track products through their manufacturing and distribution cycles - could also be used within the Supply Chain for other important aspects, for instance forecasting true demand, and also for signalling when to order a product.
