MORE INFO: 3M achieves world class 'A' status The Loughborough Pharmaceutical Operation has become the first 3M business in the world to achieve the coveted Class 'A' status for its Business Resource Planning process... The achievement is the result of 6 years work by Loughborough employees in continually improving the operation's BRP process. These improvements have led to dramatic results in inventory management, stock availability and On-time-In-Full (OTIF) service levels. Over the past 6 years the OTIF performance for the UK branded markets has risen from an average 65% to 99%. Over the same period, the Loughborough site has also tripled its throughput of packs while reducing its inventory levels by a quarter. Contact: Oliver Wight Europe on 01452 397200.
