We explained there why a new framework was needed for today's business environment, how a broad view of stakeholder perspectives was fundamental to doing business in this climate, and we defined the five facets of the Performance Prism framework: Stakeholder Satisfaction, Stakeholder Contribution, Strategies, Processes and Capabilities.
