Whilst I am totally convinced it does (otherwise I wouldn't deliver it) it can be very difficult at times to be specific, especially in direct financial terms. A while back, I delivered one of my regular training course for the Institute - 'Effective Stores Management' - a programme specifically designed to show delegates, amongst several other things, how to reduce the amount of the organisation's working capital tied up in the inventory held in stores.
